Planned to see Cape Town major attractions and it was handy base for visiting all of them. The staff was amiable and super-friendly all the time.

We had an incredible stay at Soul Atlantic Palms! The hosts were so accommodating, and the view from the hotel was even better than the pictures. Direct beach access was a huge plus, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. A must-stay when in this city. Perfect!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service from the moment I arrived until I left. I also appreciated the convenient location of the property, which was situated right next to the beach, allowing for easy access and enjoyable walks along the shoreline.

Although it was mentioned that the apartments were not serviced, it would have been more convenient to have cleaning taken care of while on vacation. the quality of the towels provided was subpar, as they did not smell clean and were quite dark in color.
